Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item received is incorrect

• The item is unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or shape are normal and not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
